Our interpretation of this concept goes beyond the simple definition which says that quality is about producing a good product. We believe it is the straight consequence of a series of coordinated actions which drives you to this result.
We have several certifications and collaborations, which are detailed below.
GLOBAL G.A.P. Certification groups a set of worldwide agricultural rules dedicated to Good Agricultural Practices (G.A.P.)
This certification ensures costumers and distributors:

✓ Integrated control of pests and diseases.
✓ Health, security and wellness of employees.
✓Environment Preservation Management.
Ecologic Production Certification (also called Biologic or Organic Certification) is based on a series of rules with the aim of ensuring a free-pollution production system, quality, and minimization of the human impact to the natural environment. Currently, we are in the reconversion stage which lasts 2 years, it means that in 2021 we are going to be able to sell officially our production as organic products.
This certification guarantees customers and distributors:
✓Agricultural plantations are free of any synthetic chemical and genetically modified organisms.
✓Natural production system, based on the resources of the natural environment.
✓Organic foods.
✓Soil preservation.
✓Preservation of the natural environment.
✓Commitment to social responsibility and sustainable development.
We closely collaborate with LAB Analytical Innovation, an accredited laboratory by the agency appointed by the government to operate in Spain as the only national accreditation body. LAB is specialised in the areas of Microbiology, Chromatography and Physicochemical Analysis.
Through this collaboration we ensure our customers and distributors:
✓Optimum amount of organic matter, pH, and appropiate texture and structure.
✓Optimum water quality.
✓Ideal levels of conductivity (EC) and total dissolved solids (TDS) of irrigation water.
✓Confirmation of proper fruit nutritional properties, as well as color, size and texture.
